Cloud Mail Store will do a complete assessment of your network, providing you with a detailed report of your current network. Reports will also contain a plan of action describing what can be done to improve performance and security.
With many companies moving to VOIP solutions a properly configured network is vital to your calls. Cloud Mail Store will work with your VOIP provider to ensure your network is providing the best quality of service for your voice traffic to increase call clarity and quality.

Cloud Managed comes with included support hours. This covers any type of support Cloud Mail Store may provide to you. This includes Remote/Onsite Support, Consulting Services and Vendor Management.
** Remote Support, Consulting Services and Vendor Management are tracked in 30 minute increments.
** Onsite Support is tracked in 60 minute increments, including travel time.
Additional locations can be added to your Cloud Managed plan. Additional locations share the features of your Cloud Managed plan.

† The maximum size of the overall network. Systems means any device that is on the network. This includes, but is not limited to; switches, wi-fi devices, workstations, servers and printers.
In cases of Multiple Locations the overall network size is the total systems from all locations.
